Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns.  That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if there is an issue with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) if you have any issues. The majority of our products are handmade so weights, sizes and colors may vary. The weights noted on the labels of the products are for the net contents of that container. Shipping weights will be higher to compensate for gross weight of the contents, packaging, and labeling. Customer satisfaction Is our top priority.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
